"17 Jan 2026. Saturday 11am A fine breakfast with historic chinese vibe. The place is almost full of customers on peak hour. Barely have a seat for 2 person at upper level. Many options of breakfast chinese/western style. I got mee rebus with eggs and chicken, bread with scrambled eggs and soya cincau. Breakfast for 2 for RM45+. Waited 10 mins for the food to be served (fast service). Fried chicken is juicy and fresh, mee rebus is full of flavor and the soya cincau is refreshing. Would definitely come again. Recommended."

"For Johor standard, this is a good place to have a meal. The seating is plenty as there is a one and a half storey set up for seats. The menu is extensive but it is similar to Incle five and nine cafe. Can add Lontong into their menu(food I like)! It’s cool Inside, air con working but they keep the glass door open, which is not good practice. They offer a free snack with five star reviews. This practice is common among cafes in Johor."

"A good menu with delicious food and drinks. We frequent regularly also because it is near our home. The chicken chop, however, is getting thinner and thinner. Literally fried skin/crust/flour. Very disappointing. Others are still fine though"

The important rate card will be the coffee which they passed. Moderate sitting space at the ground floor and they open up the upper floor space once they hit 10am. Plenty of staff at this branch so you shouldn’t have issue to get someone to your attention."

"A great modern kopitiam. I was so glad my request for little sugar (even less than less sugar) was correctly served, as most places still make it very sweet. I also loved their lava egg curry toast, which was a must-try. Do note, there is an extra charge for takeaway. If you are dining in, remember to indicate it to the staff. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and air-conditioned, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Will come back again"
